Chelsea Bernard, BS, has a passion for working with the geriatric community. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration with the highest of hopes to make a difference in the way our seniors receive their care. She began working with seniors fourteen years ago in a memory care community and never looked back. Since then, Chelsea has worked in several memory care communities, assisted livings, and in-home care companies. Most recently, she managed a memory care community, focusing on and studying different types of dementia, how to spot signs of decline, and implementing a routine that has been scientifically designed to engage and slow the progression of dementia. Chelsea excels in advocating for seniors, supporting families, coordinating with other providers, and holding care communities accountable for services rendered. Her goal is to aid our seniors in living the most purposeful, happy, independent, and meaningful lives possible and to serve them with the utmost compassion, respect, and dignity.

Beverly Earley, is Kinsman Care Management’s Office Assistant.  Bev attended the University of Denver while advancing her career in retail accounting.  After diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, she took leave from her career to focus on her health.   Bev met her, to be husband, in the Pulmonary Hypertension Support Group, where she volunteered as the Colorado Support Group Leader for several years.  Beverly had quite a bit of experience in caregiving for her husband, who passed in 2007, and her parents.  Coupling her caregiving knowledge with her business experience, Kinsman became a great new opportunity for her back to work journey.
